12 Top Be Well Now Tips:
- Eat organic (especially if you eat meat and dairy.) Avoid genetically modified foods (such as non-organic corn, soy, and canola).
- Replace gluten and sugar with healthy substitutes.
- Get sunshine on your face and arms every day or use oral vitamin D3 (35 IUs for each pound of body weight.) Have your levels checked. (25(OH)D, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D test.)
- Eat fermented foods daily, such as raw sauerkraut, kim chee or kefir.
- Drink pure water. Best is alkaline and ionized or spring water. Don't drink with meals.
- Eat more food raw than cooked.
- Use only natural products for your body and your home.
- Use a shower filter. Bathing in chlorine is worse than drinking it.
