12 Top Be Well Now Tips:

  1. Eat organic (especially if you eat meat and dairy.) Avoid genetically modified foods (such as non-organic corn, soy, and canola).
  2. Replace gluten and sugar with healthy substitutes.
  3. Get sunshine on your face and arms every day or use oral vitamin D3 (35 IUs for each pound of body weight.) Have your levels checked. (25(OH)D, also called 25-hydroxyvitamin D test.)
  4. Eat fermented foods daily, such as raw sauerkraut, kim chee or kefir.
  5. Drink pure water. Best is alkaline and ionized or spring water. Don't drink with meals.
  6. Eat more food raw than cooked.
  7. Use only natural products for your body and your home.
  8. Use a shower filter. Bathing in chlorine is worse than drinking it.
  9. Don't combine animal protein with starch (i.e. meat & potatoes.) Eat fruits alone.
