About Trish

I’m Trish O’Gorman—a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Registered Nurse, and certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience in health and wellness.

Throughout my career, I’ve supported people through change, challenge, and transformation—from classrooms to clinics, boardrooms to bedrooms (hello, sleepless nights and stress spirals). And through it all, I’ve learned this: you don’t need to wait until life is “perfect” to start feeling better.

Wellness isn’t just about eating clean, meditating daily, or hitting 10,000 steps. It’s about feeling connected to yourself, supported by others, and confident in the path you’re walking—even if it’s messy, uncertain, or brand new.

In my coaching, I blend the science of behavior change and brain health with the heart of human connection. My sessions are judgment-free, deeply personal, and always focused on helping you create sustainable changes that actually fit your life.
